Ordered the product, no download as of yet. Called trhe company to speak to someone since they said on the advertisement that you can use it remotely, but when I spoke to the woman on the phone she was very rude and said no that the advertisement was incorrect. Said I have to have access to the phone, SAID TAKE IT OR LKEAVE IT. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE HUNG UP...
How is this customer service for products that we pay for.
