At 10PM Friday, March 1, I ordered two Side Sockets, Buy One Get One Free, as it has been advertised on TV. After finalizing my purchase the invoice was $71.80, instead of $18.94 (10.99 7.95), and the invoice was shown only after I put my credit card number! I tried to cancel my order right away but they were off line and I called them back on Monday, March 4 at 8:00AM. The company representative told me that the item could not be cancelled. The date on the Invoice was Monday, March 4th, the day I was talking to that representative! He told me that the only option was to send the item back after they arrive to my address. Two days later I called the same number again and spoke to a female representative. She told me that the order had been adjusted from two sets to one (!!!) and that I would receive only one set of sockets for $35.90! But they advertised that damn socket for $10.99 $7.95, totaling 18.94, not $35.90! The explanation was that the sockets were deluxe, though I never asked for deluxe!
Her suggested solution was, her voice becoming very unpleasant, to ship the sockets back upon their arrival, though I would be obliged to pay the shipping charges as they do not return the shipping cost...
After reading these lines I hope you get the message - do not deal with that company, it is a rip off, a scam
