I have recently been dealing with two companies that claim they have a loan for $5000 for me, the name of the companies is Lexington Financial Trust (Michelle Davis 347-441-6348 200 W. 33rd St New York, NY 10001) and Phoenix Mutual Lending (Mary Baxon 602-416-1646 2575 East Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ). I sent them two Western Union payments to pay for the collateral payment to my personal lender in order to receive my $5000 loan and they still want more money because I was unable to be insured by the lender and want more payments for collateral. They sent me a contract and everything to sign but they are not even a licensed lender in my state. I want them shut down and punished!
