I received a phone selection from Michelle Davis representing Lexington Financial Trust telling me that I qualified for a $ 5,000 loan. But first I had to pay up front the first 3 monthly payments ($161 times 3 = $ 484) to cover the insurance on the default policy on the loan. Since I was in need of a loan and she e-mailed me the loan contract which looked on the up and up and legal which I had to initial and sign and e-mail back I money gramed the $ 484 to them and now I am getting the " We need more $" to cover the loan pitch. I told her that my lawyer has advised me to inform you that you and myself are bound to the CONTRACT period! As of this date she informs me that her Co. Will pay the balance of requested $ and the $ 5,000 will be in my bank next Monday (3/18) We shall see??
