Like the other victims here, my order from 14 Jan was charged to my credit card the same day and I received an order conf. Contacted them on 7 Feb as nothing had arrived and was informed that they will take care after their "Chinese Spring Festival" (haha good excuse). Another month later still nothing had arrived, I contacted them again and this time was informed that my order is out of stock. I have now contacted Mastercard to get the money back from Alipay (the chinese payservice they use). Hopefully this will work.
