I purchased a XBOX LIVE GOLD 12 Month code with my VISA that was to be sent to me instantly and I received an email confirming my purchase along with a comment about as soon as the payment clears I will get my code. What made matters worse is the right hand side of the screen was constantly changing showing endless buyers getting their codes within 30 seconds all over the US. I created a ticket to get what I paid for and I received another automated email. I wrote again and just another automated email arrived in my in box. I have waited ten days and now I have turned them into the FBI at IC3. Gov which is the FBI and National White Collar Crime Center. I also contacted the host and the company instagamepoints.com was using to mask their real identity and now the real owner is showing up. If you do a WHO IS search from Network Solutions the information of the owner is listed and he is in London.
