It all started when I replied to an ad for an english bulldog puppy. I was interested in his male puppy Snow. We emailed eachother and I finally committed to pay for shipping of Snow to me for $290. This is what Teddy emailed;

On Feb. 26 I was supposed to receive my puppy @ 830. It never happened.
This is where the nightmare begins. They then sent me an email saying puppy is to weak, therefore they need $1500 for vaccines;

We are very sorry to inform you that the PUPPY we are to deliver to Joan Crichton
have been held here at the pet control department at the Oklahoma City Intl Airport for health reasons.
The PUPPY was looking so weak and tired when it had to live here in Oklahoma City Intl Airport for his first lay-over and we had no other option but to channel the puppy to our vet director here.
Below are the lab results and what they recommend for the Puppy as soon as possible. The major problem we have at hand now is that the crate in which the puppy was to be shipped in from Oklahoma City Intl Airport. Is causing the puppy problems because the weather situation now in Oklahoma City Intl Airport and that is the major cause of the fatique and hence our veterinarian has recommended that you get An AC crate for the Puppy to continue the delivery in. He also recommends that the Puppy be given One shots of vaccines each for Strength and Anti-Compression making a total of 2 vaccines.
He explained that the Puppy will need the shot vaccines for strength in order to continue. We expect you to get back to us with the payment in order for us to administer the vaccines and also get An AC Crate For the Puppy to continue in.

NB: The Fee for An AC Crate you are renting for the PUPPY to be delivered in, is Completely Refundable if you choose to give back the AC Crate that the Puppy will be delivered in. But if you choose to keep the crate for future use then we will not be getting you refunded for the crates.

AC Crates (1) $750 = $750
Sum total = $1650
We do expect you to get back to us as soon as possible.
