I called and cancelled this product on 2/11 which was within the 14 day required trial period. I originally ordered the product on 1/31/31. I cancelled the product and returned it that same day of 2/11. I was assured there would be no more charges, BUT on 2/28 my credit card was charged $88.92 which they paid. I have called this company repeatedly, always put on hold. The last time I was on hold for 20 minutes! But never get an answer! I want my money back!
