Explosion, men hurt and one died. Needed money to help men hurt and to get parts for vehicles damaged. Also to pay military for vehicles damaged in explosion. As per contract he signed. Also said he had a disabled brother in Richmond Va. Then he got paid could not pay taxes so could not get back to the states. Did not send anymore money.
