On the 25/2 a company called Smile finance took £26.34 from my account without my consent. I dont know who these people are! I went on their website and made a complaint via email, they responded by saying that they recieved my email and that one of thier staff will be contacting my within 2 working days and it has been over a week so i sent another email and have not heard anthing not even a email to say they recieved it! I have also tried calling them and not getting any response. I'm sick and tired of this!!!
