I purchased a 2007 caterpillar 277c skid steer through ebay protection plan and he had said he will deliver the machine on saturday second of march and i tried to call him and he never answered. So i sent an email to ebay and they're not answering either so i dont know what to do we need to go to the fbi. I just need my money back
