I copied the below from another complaint, mine is the same. I returned the product and followed up with 2 letters to both addresses in December and have not received a response or a refund yet. Company does not exist in the Better Business Bureau. - STAY AWAY!!! They'll send you a pamphlet to email back to Medical Source University, however the address is a mail box in Toronto. If you "Google Search" you won't be able to find any information about the product because it doesn't exist. If you call their number 1-888-462-6967 and ask how to get more information about the product they will tell you Nutrimedis. You'll find out that their site has nothing to do with the product. I've tried their best product Slim-28 for $99.95 6.00 S&H that comes in a cheap package with four bottles (each small bottle contains only 3 pills. They sent less than you paid for and they promised me to lose up to 3 lbs in 24 hours. Needless to say that the product is BOGUS and has no effect at all at losing weight. You call them back complaining and they give you a number 1-800-742-0043 to the customer service and nobody will answer other than an automated message that they can serve you at that time but please go to the website www.and such... That doesn't exist.in short, you'll not get your refund and you receive less product than you paid for. Too bad that I got carried away with their promise over the phone but please take my experience and stay away form these fraudsters.
