I was searching on amazon.com a dvd serie and one of the links took me to dvdmoose.com. So i placed the order and they promised 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. When i did not get the order i sent an email for the support and they replied by telling me that they were going to look into it. Then no news so i sent another email to the same address and i keep having a no delivery notice. Will you be able to do anything in this regards. I would like to have my refund.
