I used paypal to pay for an item I ordered from Boys N Bows Boutique on Etsy. I placed the order 2/17. The shopowner Jennifer Arrighi has never responded to my many emails. I can see where my item has not been sent. I want my money back. I reported this to paypal but they too have not contacted me. How can companies get away with this fraud? No one repsonds and I am out of my money.
