5/27/10 a new airconditioner was installed under contract listing warrentyfor 10 year parts, and 5 yearlabor and service coverage. Uncharged service calls were made 5 and 5, in nov. 2012 equipment broke down calls were made, but were recieved by service person in orlando, who contacted (office) for ok to lookat equipment, office called back two days later, and said no repair without prepayment. Had work done by others, taking two weeks because warrenty was not processed with carrier distributor.
