Company equipment, quality very poor, bought and put GPS tracker in service 4-14, unit malfunctioned, sent unit back to company 7-26, they sent new unit back 8-3, now new unit malfunctioning 8-20. Called company and its an answering service company, they give you trouble ticket and they gpsworldwidegroup.com will return call. Usually 24 -48 hrs, in my case i had to call them back. #1 they have outsourced all calls, #2 they have outsourced all troubleshooting with sky patrol.#3 no call backs from company.
This service is very unprofessional, equipment poor, service poor.
