Do not use this unprofessional company!!! I sent them 6 tapes. Their promise of 4-5 weeks as stated on their website is false. My order took over 8 weeks. Following a string of email exchanges with Erin, their "Agent of Happiness" (what a load of crap!), I FINALLY received my videos, and 3 of the 6 discs do not work!!! My PC and my 2 DVD players cannot read the data on these 3 discs. There is NO QUALITY CONTROL at Southtree.
