Dio was the woman who set up meeting and marriage with Chintana Chinprasit who could not speak english. Dio arranged the marriage without my consent. I did not know it was a real marriage until it was over, and done. Dio lied to me and told me it was an application for marriage that would be done later after i had time to think about it and would be at local court.
She wanted to have a feast before the marriage and asked for 3500 USD. Gave her the money after she assured me it was not a real marriage. Gave Chintana Chinprasit 4000 USD while was there. This was a fraud from the begining. Chintana Chinprasit admitted to me she had no intentions of going to USA with me.
