This fraudulent company took total advantage of me when I was ill with shingles and unable to function properly. They have taken $389 out of my only bank account, a Pensioners Savings Account with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. I will be seeing my bank manager as soon as the bank opens this morning to try to stop payment to them of this sum. I am an elderly pensioner. They are criminals. I have written them to protest and have received no reply.
