On 25 May I went 2 settle my loan @ Beares KWT, the cashier Talita told me the settlement amount is R281,04 which I paid at once, on 27 January I got an sms from African Bank which was R654 while I settled the loan. I tried many times 2 reason with African Bank but they insist that I pay the balance which is getting more everyday. Talita tlod me that she closed my account after payment. I do not understand where they get the balance after my debt was a zero. They say the amount I paid was the balance not the settlement but they can not tell me what the settlement was & the cashier says that was the settlement amount which was showing on the system. Please help me I need a solution on this because if I was given the exact amount of settlement, I wouldn't be here today. Please tell me who is to blame in this situation & resolve this matter as soon as possible.
