Ordered a Lifeproof case for iphone4S and it is defective. No one can hear me when I an using phone with the case on.
I sent 3 emails for a return authorization but no reply. I called and left messages three times. I also called Lifeproof to ask about the problem I was having and was told that Wholesale Factory is not an authorized distributor of theirs and that the defective product was very likely a counterfeit. I sent the phone back to WS with a signature requested upon deliver and the package was refused.
