I've created one book and it turned out great! I have 2 others I'm waiting to receive. My only complaint is that they don't offer good borders/frames. To get around this issue, I create/edit my pics in photo editing software that has a huge selection of frames and backgrounds. If I didn't do this, I think the pictures would look basic and boring. The quality of the book and the paper is very good. I see some have complained about losing their book. I'm assuming they used the online software. I've only created mine on the desktop software. That way I always have a copy of it.
