What I liked about this company was that they do have cheap rates that do not increase and great customer service. They have definitely lived up to their good reviews. On the phone, everyone I have spoken to has been nice and helpful and tells me exactly what is going to happen next. When the lights in my living room stopped working, they had me contact a local electrician who was available immediately and able to deal with my unpredictable schedule. The electrician was very professional and very nice. The electrician got clearance right away from Colonial and fixed it for me. Overall I am very satisfied with Colonial. And have renewed my 2 properties
