The worst customer service ever, all they want is 99 dollars. They say they want to help you, so if that's true why not tell someone to google the answer? My kid just bought a laptop 6 days ago. The touch pad locked up. All the lady keep saying is it's a software prob. She even said that 99dollars is nothing, it's a pizza? So after going round and round with the service rep. I ask for her boss. Then her boss says you got it from Best Buys they are going out of business, clueless. That was after I told her they had great customer service. At Best Buys they said bring it in we will give you a new one, and move your files! 99 Dollars just to press F5. Don't get taken... I wrote a review on there website, but they only post good reviews. Ha ha ha... Funny they only have 8 good reviews. Beware...
