On December 29 I purchased two handbags from a Michael Kors advertisement that poped up on my facebook, on January 12 when I recieved the handbags one bag had a broken handle and the other looked like plastic. The web site stated 100% refunds. I immediately contacted the company via e-mail and all I got was the run around with back an forth questions like "so your not happy is that right" and "do you want to return your purchase", when I made it very clear in all 3 or 4 e-mails that I wanted a refund. Finally I called the number that was on the package and got a lady who said it was her house phone an she had no idea what I was talking about, thats when I knew I had been scammed.
