Every person working the last time that I was in Macy's February 16th, around 11:00 am in the ladies depts. Although' were not busy ringing up customers or as I could see helping other customers.
Kept asking different customer service rep. Where a certain items was all I could get is, it is over there and pointed in a direction. There were approximately 4 different sales associates that did me that way and was very unappreciated after two hours of going over there. Could not find what I wanted or received any help. Surely were fly by night workers in those Depts. As walked passed the women's colgne Dept. Two very nice sales associates listened to what I told them I wasted my two hours trying to find something and could not get any help. Guess would have to shop at another store. They were very nice mature women and were very sorry for my bad experience. As a matter of fact I bought a nice colgne set from one of the ladies.
Also, I will brag on the jewelry dept. The customer service was extremely helpful. Purchased a birthday present for my daughter very nice as well.
Whoever the store manager is needs to pay more attention to the 1st floors ladies depts. With all of the people unemployed would love to see some caring employees in those dept.
