My computer started making sounds like and alarm or something with a flashing red screen, and informed me that my computer had been infected with a virus and that I needed to download "Antivirus 360" to remove it or I could loose all of my data, so I installed the program, they then told me that it cost $69.95, which I paid by credit card. I discovered it was a scam and reported them, contacted them for the refund, which was promised but never delivered
