In November I mailed a Postal Money Order to the above address requesting information on how to received money from the Federal Government, I would assume grant money. I did not received any information for some time. I then went to the local post office and submitted an inquiry to see if the MO had been cashed or deposited. I received a letter from the PO and photo copies of the front and back and yes it was deposited. I also mailed a certified letter to the same address and did not get a response. Today (2-22) a formal complaint for mail fraud was submitted with the USPS Postal Inspectors office. My next course of action will be a formal complaint with the FTC for violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
