Had an account at wellsfargo where all my social sercuity survior benefits went to ; direct deposited; in june my direct deposits stop going to the bank and my account was closed; i didn't find this out until later on ; i was trying to find out where my money was; wells fargo wasn't being helpful;i got intouch with social sercuity @1-800-772-1213 and spoke to a semi helpful rep; she checked and said an account had been open with an direct express debit card company thrucomerica bank and she gave me their number and stated that payments had been going to them since june to nov and that direct express was responsible for returning my funds to me; now that's $5022 people and fyi i was homeless-
I called direct express debit card @1-888-741-1115 and ispoke to a diane; i explained that i didn't authorize this card and that when i tried to find out about the account using my social sercuity number; it said no such number was listed in the system to abtain the frauderlant account infomation;the rep diane transferred me over to a rep named david ; who was rude and arrogant; now this all happened on 11-16 @ approx 5:13 pm; i was instructed to fax a copy of my fl id card and my social sercuity number for verification of this unauthorized account in my name and direct express would send me the all the account information on this account. Well the fax went thru and said ok they had recieved it. Approx 2 weeks later i get an letter from the bank that they useto schem my money comerica; telling me that i had to right a formal request and send it to them and a letter to direct express; so i did and i sent it certified usa postal service and one recieved it on approx 12/11 and the other letter came back no such address for direct express.
I called social sercuity adminstration for the approx 7 time and they sent me back to direct express telling me that to tell them to retract the funds from the card and the money was still there and direct express sent me back to socailsercuity telling me that social sercuity had to retract it themselves that they couldn't do it; on approx 2/02 i had one male agent fro socialsercuity tell me so what did i want him to do about it and so what they had my money and good luck getting it; so i cursed him inthe name of jesus with every curse of the law of god in deut 28 chp 15 thru 68 and with proverbs and i went and wrote to the central office of operations of social sercuity adminstrations in balitome maryland an withit i have included all correnspondance and proof of delivery and dates and i sent it all certified return reciept that had to be signed and i did this today on 2/07.
Dot i and cross ur t's get everything in order and pray unto god and he shall direct our paths u all aren't alone and may god ventigate u and give us his victory over these thieves
