In 2008 my husband and I decided to turn our retirement accounts into precious metals, after hearing Bruce Sands - Superior Gold on a christian radio station. Bruce had us set up accounts with Sterling Trust and roll over our money. Then Sterling Trust was to give Superior Gold - Bruce Sands the money and they were to get precious metals from Superior Gold to go into our accounts. Bruce received the money but the precious metals never came. Bruce Sands - Superior Gold were taken to civil court by the city attorney of Santa Monica. Now we are trying to close these accounts only to get the run around from Sterling Trust. They want a third party to sign and noterize a paper stating the accounts are worth nothing. No third party will sign these papers not having any way to tell (except for our word) what is in the accounts. They have all told us Sterling Trust should be able to do this since they are the company that have the accounts. So we are being charged fees for accounts that are empty and they won't close them.
