I Signed up on January 7th to explore the program offered by Northpoint Webmall. Paid $99 with the understanding that it would be refunded, if the program did not meet the conditions initially provided or did not meet my needs. With subsequent calls I learned that a considerable investment of $5,000 or more was required, which was not indicated during the initial disccussions.in fact I was told that no additional investment was required. I could not afford to make that kind of investment. At this point I opted out of the program, requesting a refund of $99-. I have tried to make contact by phone and email without any response. At this point I have not received my refund.
