I went on the Mizulean website and was going to order but then noticed the small print saying you will be charged 69.95 two weeks from date of order. So I stopped the process, however, next minute I'm receiving an email saying my order has been placed. I never agreed to order but it did it anyhow. I phoned their number taking 23 attempts over 2 days to finally get through. I spoke to an American lady, (Brittany) I told her I never wanted the product and how discusted I was that they were charging in 2 weeks for something that you wouldn't have time to trial. She told me she couldn't do anything my order has already been shipped I have to wait until it arrives then call them for a returns number and send it back. I asked to stop the charge they will make in 2 weeks and again she said she can't until I return the product. This is ridiculous I don't want the product. It has now been 10 days since so called order and I still haven't received the item to send it back. They are trapping people and charging them for items that don't arrive in time to trial anyway. I'm waiting now to see charges on my bank statement. Isn't this fraud? I've contacted my bank and have to change my account in order to stop the charge they will make its so annoying.
