I had a loan with this outfit and the last payment was made on January 9. They have made three attempts to withdraw money since the loan was paid off. Two attempts on 2-13-13 and one today 2-19-13. Every time they attempt to withdraw I get charged $35.00 because there are no funds to pay them more money, nor do I owe them any. I went to the bank today to stop payments requested and I went to the BBB to see if they could help. I found 203 complaints online about this company.
What more can I do to stop them?
I'm old and my husband is disabled. We don't make enough to get along. My water pump went out so I had to repair that to get my husband to the doctor appts. I don't know what to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
