Dear Sir or Madame,

I am forwarding you the copy of the order below. Please can you help us cancel the order, we have tried to contact Customer Services but no reply from them.
They even already charged from my account or still didn't send me the item either. I just want to cancel it.
If we do not cancel the order in 14 days they will charge us every month £84.
