Be on the lookout for this obvious scam!!!
I received this letter in the mail from Final Acquisiton Agency notifying me it had the legal right to inform me that my name had been cleared as eligible recipient of non-disbursed funds totaling $2,342, 00.00 currently pending payment, but still remained unclaimed. It looks official with the words LEGAL NOTICE Prompt Response Required on the outside of the envelope. They ask for your signature and payment of Cash, Check or Money Order for $20.00 (payable to FAA).
Sounds to good to be true? It probably, or in this case, DEFINITELY IS!!!
