On March 26 we gave them a down payment in the amount of P0.00 american. There was a mix up and they agreed to cancel our membership in September 23 in Cancun Mexico. The $3000.00 was never cashed so the bank was able to retreave this money yet there is still the matter of the down payment which still has not been return to us. They refuse to return my calls. We have wrote them and they do not respond
