I am trying to find out how issues with Sunset Lagoon were resolved. I am having the same problems and before I post a long description of all my events (in which i am prepared to do) I would like to know how any of the prior dealings were handled. I am requesting my contract be cancelled and after 7 months we are at a point that have lawyers involved in the U.S. And Mexico as of today. I am going to post our issues with exact emails and quotes from the company, but before I type a lengthy response I would like any suggestions on how some of you handled this situation. We have contacted Profeco as well. I would like to sign a questbook with the lady from Ontario Canada to show how our problems are being addressed.
