I received an email in my company mail box for buy one rug get one free. I ordered one and expected to get one free. When I received the confirmation email it said my card would be billed 174 USD. I immediately called and tried to cancel the order. The first woman that I spoke to was rude and refused to cancel the order. I called back and spoke to Francisco, a supposed supervisor. He assured me that the order had been cancelled. This was the 16 of January. On the 17th February I received a card informing me that the order had shipped. I spent half an hour on the telephone trying to get my money refunded. I spoke o two due operators that appear to be based in India. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor. This is a SCAM.
