NHN*Veloura and NHN*Bellagemix

I place a test order for Veloura and Bellagemix, they were delivered and subtracted from my credit card in Jan.
Now without giving permission 2x USD100 is subtracted from my credit card. Now 9 days later I still don't have received the products which I did not order. I only ordered the test examples. I will block my credit card for the use of Veloura and Bellagemix products
