I made a purchase online on 01/28 for beanies as a birthday gift. I received one e-mail notification and another to inform me my order was being shipped in 4-8 days. After 2 weeks I e-mailed the company and got a respond saying it was not shipped, do I still want my order? I knew something wasn't right when I tried to contact them and the contact window was not working, then I found the e-mail address and it was a "gmail" account. This I found very frustrating. I e-mailed them one more time to ask for my order to be shipped and no luck! My account was debited and I am now out $40.16, it isn't much, but I'm more upset with the thought of being scammed by an online company that doesn't exist.
