I ordered the 1600 series sheets. One fitted, one flat, and two king pillow cases. What arrived was one flat sheet and two sets of pillow cases. I notified them right away; this was back in August. They told me I had to return the entire set to get a replacement, which I did, by postal service. To this day, they claim they never received the defective sheet set; my Postmaster tells me that if they did not receive them, they would have been returned to me. I have been trying, for at least 5 months, to get a replacement. They sat they never received them and "customer service is their Priority" LOL but so far, no credit or replacement. I let them know that if I did not receive a credit by this coming week, I would notify the Better Business Bureau, as well as my Attorney General's Office.
