Deanna Flannigan gave her daughter a partial payment to her daughter for a kitten for her grandson. I replaced the kitten and she keeps slandering and harrassing me. Her daughter signed the contract, did not following one single thing int he contract. Also, her husband who works for Farmers Insurance submitted a report to the Better Business Bureau and the report was closed. I did not have to replace a kitten because they provided me with no vet reports, no vet name, no vet number and did not get an autospy according to the report. It is sad that someone who works for a school system, her daughter is a practitioner and her daughter's husband owns an insurance company does not know how to follow a contract and refused to follow one single thing in the contract. I gave this a replacement kitten and did not have to because they did not give me any proof that the kitten was dead, but yet she Deanna Flannagan continues to slander my name, my business, etc because I refuse to give them back $850 dollars because I gave them a free kitten. This woman needs to be stopped with her slandering, her defamation of character especially since none of the contract was ahered to.

The last customer who wanted a reference was provided with 68 references, emails, pictures and phone numbers to call my customers. This is a customer who has a vendetta against me and she did not even purchase or sign the contract&her daughter is the one who signed the contract. Her daughter stated that "it sucks being in the middle", but yet her daughter did not follow through with trying to get the issues resolved. Her daughter lets her Mother and her husband do all the dirty work for her. I do not give money back for any kittens, especially when the kitten was replaced. What do they want&money back for a kitten, a replacement and a third kitten to end up dead. It is too much work and cost a tremendous amount of money to raise these precious Ragdoll babies.
I just had a kitten shipped to Naples, Florida this week and the customers are absolutely thrilled with their baby. They stated in an email this morning that the kitten was healthy, smart, loving, affectionate and beautiful plus the kitten was everything that I said it was.
If anyone would like to see emails and text messages regarding this complaint, please let me know. I also have all the information that was submitted to the Better Business Bureau, which the case was closed due to I gave more on my end that I was even supposed to.
