I ordered 2 of the devices. It has been so long ago now that I can't remember the date of the original purchase. When I looked up the order it didn't give me the accurate information.

When I first placed the order, I thought that even if it didn't work, it might do something and I have spent more than that on trivial things in the past.

The First follow up status, I checked and it stated it was back ordered but the order date looked strange.

The Second time it told me that the order date had been updated to (what do you know... That day!)

I tried again recently and that happened again! It gave me the date of my inquiry as my order date.

I decided to try the contact us information, hoping to find an email link. They don't have one. You are forced to try the 800 phone line. Guess what? Never have gotten through to a real person yet!

I also noticed that when you use the link they provide to check the status, it takes you to another site and it says nothing there about it being for the Rabbit TV device.

If I were you, I would waste the money on a couple of Starbuck Coffees and spend your free time searching for a good online web service for tv, movies, and music.in the end it will cost you less in time, sanity, and money.:)
