I purchased a sub from these guys on 3/20. After 10 months the sub stoped working to I called them to get it replaced because it is under warranty. After 2 weeks of them receiving it they finally sent me a replacement. They told me they would send me a brand new one but I received a used replacement. They told me to get it installed professionally so I went to a well rated shop and payed $60 to have it installed. After they installed it they told me that replacement sub they sent me was bad. I emailed dealer cost audio and they told me to ship it back so I did. After a week of them receiving it they told me that the voice coils are burnt and they would not replace it. They are telling me that there is too much power going to the sub and and thats why it burnt out. If that was the case the first one would have burnt out right away. I had the first one for 10 months and it worked perfectly until it went out and the problem with the first one was not burnt voice coils. Also, before they sent me the replacement they said they would test it and then send it to me, why would they have to test a brand new sub, thats proof that they sent me a used one and they probably burnt it while testing it.
