Spoke to rep on 02/15 - just wondering if my bill was up to date due to not being able to get calls from my son - she asked for security code - of which i responded i didnot recall ever having and she stated nothing could be done with out it - fine so she proceeded to ask security questions answered all except the actual date of our last call -i replied i dont remember only that it was last week - she insisted on an exact date - well i replied i do not record dates of my son's conversations - i did provide account # & last call on my bill! But to no avail she refused to proceed to assist me - she proceed to badger me with questions an interrogate me on what i was saying to her and insinuating i was lying! Finally she suggested to reset code i agreed - so she said it would take up to few days! She stated to mail in last bill and place new code on paper (really) - or fax it (really) how secure is that! Needless to say i will definitely be removing myself from this account by the way i never voluntarily got on!
