I purchased the RegClean Pro because I was having a lot of problems with my computer. However, after it was installed and scanned my computer for problems, I clicked fix problems and nothing happened. I tried this a couple more times to see if it would fix the problems and it kept telling me that I have to buy something else. Since this program isn't doing what it said it would I would like a refund immediately.
