I purchased RegClean Pro from Systweak through Cleverbridge for $14.95. When I installed RegClean Pro, I was dismayed to see that almost half the interface was unethically taken up by an advertisement for Advanced System Optimizer v. 3. I complained to Systweak and requested a refund. I am not prepared to have a purchased program carrying a huge advertisement on my PC. All four of my requests to Systweak have remained unanswered. I asked that my credit card be refunded with $14,95 and confirmed, then I would uninstall the unethical RegClean Pro. My request for a refund has been ignored by Systweak.
