Refusal to contact with problems or need for support

Purchased PC Rescue 4.0. Had problems with what the software will repair and not repair. No options for what to repair. Requested assistance three time via their E-mail system but company will not respond. No address of company, no phone numbers, no parent company information.

I can now see why they don't give a customer any method of contact.

Incidently, have not found anything this software does that RegClean. Exe will not do for free!
