1/4 I sent an email to nomorerack indicating I purchased 2 tablets from them and was having issues w both of them. I was notified that there was nothing the company could do for me because it was after the 7 day return time. I am very unhappy with the customer service this company provides. These were christmas gifts for both of my children. The order number I am having an issue with is #4201411. All I am asking for is a replacement tablet or a complete refund.
