We ordered on 12/10 with guaranteed arrival before now. We received an email on the 16th that there was a email sent to us that if not received by the 21st they would issue a flu refund and credit if we would contact he customer [email protected]. Sent email and it bounced back over quota that is very concerning! No way to contact out $193 and missing Christmas items... Awesome
